Remedial Hot Stone Massage
This is a combination of Deep Tissue, Sports Massage and Hot Stone Therapy. Stones are used to aid in the warming of the muscles and to deliver deeper pressure in a remedial deep tissue massage; incorporating sports techniques and stretches where appropriate.

The treatment is always amazing and the difference here compared to other places is astounding. Jayne really listens and understands the body and exactly where the issue is coming from and even provides more insight into what could be causing certain tension or soreness. There is no rushing and you can tell that she cares a lot about her practice, she spends time on each part of the body and I can confidently say that I have noticed huge changes to my body since I started receiving treatment.

Not for the faint-hearted – this treatment will leave you feeling very relaxed, very sleepy and a whole lot looser.
