Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a simple, enjoyable and positive experience. It can help with a variety of issues and conditions. It's backed by Neuroscientific Research and is a completely logical process. I don't make you act like a chicken or anything else crazy. I simply help you to make the changes you want to make so that you can be the way you want to be and the way you think you should be.

The sessions are 50% interaction, 50% relaxation. To book in for an Initial Consultation where we can have a chat, I can explain how the brain works and help you understand why and how we are affected by anxiety, anger and depression, just give me a call, email or complete the contact form. Together, we will decide how many sessions you might need to help you to achieve your goals; then you get to take home a free Relaxation Recording to help you get started.

At first, I was really nervous. Jayne made me feel so relaxed, looked after, and so peaceful in every session. I even started to love how relaxed I felt in trance at the end of each session. Hypnotherapy and Jayne have surpassed every expectation I ever had about Hypnotherapy. I found it so useful to understand how my brain was functioning from a cognitive and chemical level. This helped me to see more clearly and be more solution focused in times of discomfort, stress, or at times when my stress would spill over into anxiety. I can safely say that I now live in a state of permanent content and calm.
I now understand WHAT my brain is doing and WHY it is doing it. This then allows me to engage with my thoughts to think differently and act accordingly. I can now reason with my anxiety and stresses. And for the first time in my life I feel as though I am finally the one in the driver’s seat of my own mind. Things that used to stress me out or be a trigger simply aren’t things I waste my time worrying about anymore. I’ve even started to forget that I even did worry in the first place! I am much more calm and confident as a person and I know that if there’s ever something that worries me then I’ll figure it out with a positive and solution focused mind.
I am much more kind to myself, so much more forgiving and when things go a bit pear shaped in life (as things always do) I know I’ve got this. I have a new found confidence in myself and feel utterly empowered to seek out and live the life that I have always wanted. A life that I only thought possible for someone else to live and not me.
I had all of my sessions done over zoom which was the best for me. I could get all cozy in the comfort of my own home and have a lovely session with Jayne.

I was struggling with anxiety due to work pressures. Questioning my own abilities.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy has helped me with Anxiety and Confidence Issues. I was sceptical at first but after a couple of weeks the anxiety started to subside and I was sleeping better.
After at least 4 weeks of treatment I was looking at things from a different view point and stressing less. I started to regain my confidence and make decisions about my future to move away from negativity and embrace a more positive lifestyle.
We held the sessions over Zoom.
Jayne put me at my ease and wasn’t judgemental at all. She totally got me to see things from another view point and the track I listened to became my mantra. I’ve gone from questioning my own abilities and feeling overwhelmed with work, to handing in my notice to start a new adventure self employed!

About Jayne Sarah

I'm Jayne Sarah and I've been a massage therapist for more than twelve years. I decided that in addition to offering remedial therapy for aching bodies and problematic muscles, I'd like to have some skills to help my clients' mental health too.

I personally find Solution Focused Hypnotherapy brilliant for reducing stress and anxiety, enabling me to have better self-control in situations that would have previously made me feel angry. It has helped me to reduce my fear of spiders, increase my confidence and helped me to be a happier person.

It's a brilliant, empowering process, that provides you with an understanding of how the mind works and a framework for thinking so that you can cope in any situation. I graduated from the Clifton Practice with more than 230 clinical hours of experience. Since qualifying I've worked with a wide range of clients issues, phobias and desires to change. I can't wait to share my knowledge with you, helping you to find new ways to relax, make positive changes and feel good.
